Regional Development Agencies operating at the territory of South and Eastern Serbia believe there is a need to introduce a cooperation policy in achievement of joint objectives, improvement of relations, development of trust, creation and implementation of strategies, programs and projects of mutual importance.

Regional Development Agencies operating at the territory of South and Eastern Serbia share similar visions, for they perceive South and Eastern Serbia as a progressive society with strong economy.

By establishing the Association “SouthEast Development Network”, Regional Development Agencies operating at the territory of South and Eastern Serbia wish to express their support to efforts made in the area of resolving problems of regional disparities by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and its institutions, primarily Ministry of Regional Development and Local Self-government, Ministry of Economy and Finance and National Agency for Regional Development.

Regional Development Agencies operating at the territory of South and Eastern Serbia also express their gratitude to efforts made in the field of regional development by international community, primarily European Union and other bilateral donors.
